In most cases, yes. Training is adapted to work around injuries safely. We do thorough screening on any injuries and will recommend specialists if needed.

I offer practical nutrition guidance — not extreme dieting or medical plans. For competitive athletes, structured macro-specific nutrition guidance is available.
